Captain Sheriff and 2 clients fished Block Island from 5.30 -8pm Wednesday evening, (9/15/10). We located distinct concentrations of fish and had multiple hook ups every time we marked fish on the graph. We fished drifting with live eels which seems to be a favorite technique for most charter clients. The evening concluded with a catch of a 27lb, 32lb, 35lb, 37lb, 38lb and 40lb bass. In addition we quickly released a few bass that we figured to be in the low 20lb class. We ran out of eels and left knowing many more could have been caught and released. You can see the pics on the gallery page of the website.
