The evening bite at Block Island is still red hot. Capt. Sheriff and 2 clients fished the Island on Saturday evening. Surface action exploded and approximately 20 Bass were caught on Deadly Dicks.The largest Bass was 30 lbs caught on an eel during the surface feeding frenzy. The eel got down below the surface feeding Bass and was able to hook up with a larger Bass lurking below. Great light tackle opportunity continues at Block Island.
