Captain Sheriff and 2 guests sailed to Block Island for Seabass and Striped Bass on a recreational trip. With the target species being Seabass,we departed for Block Island at 9am in the morning which is much later than usual since it is not necessary to be fishingnbefore the crack of dawn. We caught over 100 Seabass to get our 45 fish limit. we also caught a 25 lb striped bass on a live eel and several Bluefish. One of the Bluefish was a13.4 lb slammer. A great day on the water
